The Bali silver I use is handmade with sterling silver by Balinese silver-smiths.  Sterling silver will tarnish if left out in the open.  They should always be stored in an airtight container.  Avoid contact with chemicals such as household cleansers, pool and sea water, perfume and even tap water.

When you do need to clean your silver jewelry, I recommend using a cotton polishing cloth for sterling silver.  Rub gently and then I rub again with a clean cotton cloth.  This should keep your sterling silver looking beautiful!
